Welcome to My Montessori World. These Terms & Conditions form a binding agreement between you and Marketing DGTL, LLC, the company that owns and operates this store. Please read them carefully before placing an order; using https://my-montessori-world.com means you accept them.
1. Who We Are
My Montessori World is the online storefront of Marketing DGTL, LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Delaware, United States. We sell educational toys and learning materials inspired by the Montessori approach, designed for children from birth through age six.

2. Placing an Order
An order becomes final once your payment has been authorized and you receive our confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order when payment cannot be verified, when fraud is suspected, or when an item turns out to be unavailable. If something you ordered is out of stock, we will email you promptly and let you choose between a replacement and a full refund.
Need to change your mind? You can cancel any order free of charge within 24 hours of placing it, as long as it has not yet been handed to the carrier. Just email us with your order number.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices on the store are shown in US dollars. Because shipping is free on every order, the price you see on the product page is the price you pay at checkout, plus any sales tax that applies to your delivery address. We may adjust our catalog prices at any time, but the price confirmed at checkout is the one that applies to your order.
We accept major credit and debit cards. Every transaction is encrypted and processed by certified third-party payment providers; your card details never pass through or remain on our own servers.
4. Shipping
We deliver across the United States, and shipping is free of charge on all orders. Estimated transit times, carrier information, and tracking details are described in our Shipping Policy. The delivery estimates we publish are made in good faith but are not guaranteed dates.
If you would like an item delivered outside the United States, write to us before ordering and we will tell you whether it is possible.
5. Returns and Refunds
You may return any unused item in its original packaging within 14 days of receiving it. Unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, the cost of return shipping is yours. 6. Product Information
We work to keep descriptions, photographs, and specifications accurate, but small variations can occur, particularly with handcrafted wooden items where grain and shade differ from piece to piece. Such variations are not defects. If a genuine error slips into a listing, we reserve the right to correct it and, where the error affected your purchase, to offer you a cancellation with full refund.
7. Safe Use of Our Products
Our toys are intended to be used by children under adult supervision. Always follow the age recommendation shown on each product page and keep packaging materials away from young children.
8. Ownership and Risk
Products remain our property until your payment has been received in full. Responsibility for loss or damage passes to you once the parcel has been delivered to the address you provided.
9. Our Content
The texts, photographs, graphics, and branding on this site belong to Marketing DGTL, LLC or are used under license. You may not copy, republish, or exploit any of it commercially without our prior written permission.
10. Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits rights you hold under applicable consumer protection law. Beyond what the law requires, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this website, nor for the content of third-party sites we may link to. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
11. Privacy and Cookies
How we handle your personal information, including our use of cookies, is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the store you also accept the practices described there.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the moment you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
13. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before starting any formal proceeding, we ask that you contact us first; most issues can be resolved quickly and amicably by email. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought before the competent courts.
