This page explains how orders from My Montessori World are prepared, shipped, and delivered, so you know exactly what to expect from the moment you click "checkout" to the moment the parcel reaches your door.
Free Shipping, Always
Every order ships free within the United States. There are no minimums, no thresholds, and no surprise fees added at checkout. The price on the product page is what you pay, plus any applicable sales tax.
How Long It Takes

Business days are Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 5 PM (Eastern Time) start processing the next business day.
These estimates reflect what most customers experience, but they are not guaranteed dates: weather, carrier volume, and holiday peaks can occasionally add time. We always prefer telling you the honest timeframe up front rather than promising speeds we cannot keep.
Where We Deliver
We currently deliver to addresses within the United States. We are working on opening delivery to more countries; if you are outside the US and interested in an item, email us at contact@my-montessori-world.com before ordering and we will let you know what is possible. Where international delivery is arranged, any customs duties or import taxes charged by your local authorities remain your responsibility.
Tracking Your Order
The moment your parcel ships, a tracking number lands in the email inbox you used at checkout. You can follow the journey directly on the carrier's website or from the Track Your Order page on our site. We recommend keeping an eye on the tracking updates once the parcel is in transit, so you do not miss the delivery.
A Few Things to Double-Check
Your shipping address. We print the address exactly as you typed it at checkout. Take a second to verify the street number, apartment, and ZIP code before confirming your order; we cannot be held responsible when a parcel goes astray because of an address error, and re-shipping costs in that situation are the customer's responsibility.
Marked as delivered but nothing at the door? Check around the property and with neighbors or your building manager first, since carriers sometimes mark parcels delivered slightly early. If it still has not turned up within 48 hours, file a claim with the carrier and let us know; we will help where we can, although we cannot refund parcels the carrier has confirmed as delivered.
Events beyond our control. Strikes, extreme weather, and carrier disruptions can delay deliveries despite our best efforts. We will keep you informed whenever we are aware of a significant delay affecting your order.
